The NY scratch-off market this quarter held 65 active games across seven price tiers ($1 through $30). Roughly 0.0% of all advertised top prizes have been claimed across the active inventory, leaving meaningful upside in the games that remain unwon. The five highest-Smart-Score tickets this quarter are: $10,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE, SET FOR LIFE, $3,000,000 BONUS STARS, MYSTERY MULTIPLIER, 200Xtra.
Average payout rate across the entire active lineup sits at 64.1%, in line with the long-run NY Lottery target band of 60–75%. Premium tiers ($20 and $30) continue to lead in payout rate, while $1–$3 tickets remain dominated by hit-frequency rather than expected value — consistent with our prior quarterly findings.
